Hami DajuVai (HDV) is a feminist organization dedicated to fostering a gender-just society by actively engaging men, boys, and young people in gender equality movements. Established on April 15, 2019, HDV envisions a future where patriarchal norms are dismantled and replaced with inclusivity, intersectionality, and shared responsibility. We believe that addressing gender inequality requires collective action from all individuals, regardless of gender identity, social background, or status. By empowering young people and encouraging male allies to take an active role in gender justice, we strive to create lasting social change.At HDV, we believe in the transformative power of education, advocacy, and engagement to challenge and redefine traditional gender norms. Our work is rooted in the belief that men and boys must play an essential role in dismantling harmful patriarchal structures that have historically marginalized women and non-binary individuals. By fostering discussions around gender equality, promoting positive masculinity, and creating safe spaces for reflection and dialogue, HDV works to shift perspectives and build a more inclusive society.We take a community-driven approach, collaborating with schools, colleges, workplaces, and local organizations to integrate gender-sensitive education and awareness into everyday life.
